We are pleased to announce the Ernest Schwiebert Trout Unlimited Annual Fundraising Banquet has been booked for March 6, 2021, at the Cranbury Inn, 21 South Main Street, Cranbury, New Jersey. Please consider joining us for this important and fun event! This major fundraising event allows the Chapter to not only support Trout Unlimited conservation goals, but also helps to fund other Chapter activities. Please put it on your calendar and join us!

As most know, our annual banquet is the chapter’s largest fundraiser and is extremely important to our organization. Funds raised at this event help make ESCTU's mission possible by helping to improve our waterways through support of local watershed associations, work with children through the Trout in the Classroom (TIC) program, work with disabled veterans through support of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing and Heroes on the Water, support women with breast cancer through Casting for Recovery and allows us to provide engaging guest speakers at our chapter meetings. The importance of our banquet simply cannot be stressed enough.

This year’s event will be held at a new venue, the historic Cranbury Inn, 21 South Main Street, Cranbury, New Jersey.

The event will start with cocktails at 6:00 pm (cash bar) and dinner at 7:00 p.m.

• Appetizers - fruits, veggies, and cheese/crackers platters.

• 1st course - Soup -Roasted Red Pepper Bisque.

• 2nd course - Salad with Pear and Gorgonzola Cheese.

• 3rd course - Entrees: Seared Filet Mignon / Chicken Francaise / Seared Salmon

• 4th course - Dessert: Apple Pie

• Beverages - Water, Soda, Coffee, & Tea

An incredible raffle with thousands of dollars’ worth of prizes will be held during the event

If you are unable to attend but would like to support our fundraising efforts there is an option to donate the cost of your meal to the chapter.
